This way, you can relax and enjoy your new home right away, while we make sure everything runs smoothly.

Rates

Whether you’re just starting to explore or in the middle of buying a property—our hour packages help you save time and gain peace of mind. You decide how we help you: viewing homes, contacting sellers, recording videos, answering your questions, or advising on next steps. Individual services like obtaining a NIF are billed per service, but for everything else we use a fixed hourly rate.
